On March 19, 2023, in the East Wickham area, a suspect wearing a hooded jacket attempted a burglary at around 2am and 2.15am.
The suspect was caught on CCTV footage both on Newlyn Road
and Tidford Road,
but was unsuccessful in both attempts. However, the suspect was disturbed by a dog on Newlyn Road.
Residents in the area should be cautious and vigilant of any suspicious activities.
