When you purchase a high-value item, Amazon may send you a one-time password (OTP) to provide to the courier when they deliver your parcel. However, we’ve found that many people have had issues with this system, including instances of couriers stealing the customer’s parcel. And when customers report the theft to Amazon, they face a battle to get a refund or replacement.
