Zero Tolerance: Prime Minister Rishi Sunak Unveils New Plan to Crack Down on Anti-Social Behaviour

The government made a promise to crack down on anti-social behaviour and has now introduced a new plan to do so.

The plan includes tougher punishments for offenders, with victims and affected communities having a say in deciding consequences, and drug testing for criminals who take illegal drugs.

There will also be tougher fines for litter, graffiti and fly-tipping, and evictions of anti-social tenants will be easier.

The aim is to establish a zero-tolerance approach to prevent more of these crimes from happening and restore people's confidence in their communities.
