Booking a holiday can be a stressful and pricey process, and scammers are looking to take advantage.
We recently heard from one Booking.com customer who booked a
hotel and then received suspicious messages through the Booking.com app,
apparently from the hotel. In reality, a security incident had allowed
fraudsters to contact her through the app.
